Complementary Practices.
Hot-90The Original Hot Class. 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced twice. Starting with a breathing exercise, we then practice the sequence of poses that make up the standing series. Next up is Shavasana. The remainder of the class is practiced on the floor, finishing with a final breathing exercise. After each pose, we pause and reset. The first set is designed to see where the body is at, the second set encourages depth. |
Hot-60This is the condensed version of the Hot 90 Class. The full sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is practiced once, with some master poses flowed together and practiced twice. A steady paced class, with more emphasis on set up of the pose, alignment once in the pose and exploring depth of the pose while maintaining regular breathing. Great if you are just beginning your 26+2 hot yoga Journey. |
Yin-60Yin Yoga is a quiet and meditative practice, with long holding (3-5 minutes) of passive poses. The result is a much deeper stretch and stimulation of the body's fascial network. A 60-min class, sometimes practiced with relaxing music in a warm room, you will leave feeling relaxed and restored. |
Meditate-45A weekly 45-minute candlelit guided meditation class, students are guided to use an object of focus - such as breath, body, visualisations - as a means of cultivating a quieter, more focussed state of mind. No previous meditation experience is needed, a beautifully relaxing class, which will leave you feeling calm and lighter. |
