Classes for everyone.

O U R

Hot Classes

All of our Hot Yoga classes follow the same therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
The practice is designed to be accessible and adaptable for all bodies, no matter your age, experience, fitness level, or flexibility.  The difference between classes is simply the heat, the length of the class, and how the sequence is structured.

This is the original 26+2 Hot Yoga class.

We practice in a room heated to around 40°C with 40% humidity, and each posture is practiced twice, giving the body time to warm up and open up. The first set allows students to explore the posture and meet the body where it is at. The second set is an invitation — if you wish — to go a little deeper.

The same 26+2 sequence, practiced once only in a room heated to 32°C.

The combination of the heat and single set creates a more spacious pace to prepare the body for deep relaxation. At the conclusion of class, students are invited to join a 15–20 minute seated guided meditation, making it a great option if you are seeking deeper rest and recovery.

Hot60 follows the same 26+2 sequence in a shorter, more time-efficient class.

We practice in the same heat as Hot 90, with each posture practiced once, and select postures repeated to help maintain strength and balance within the practice. Hot60 is often used as a maintenance class, and is a great way to continue your practice if you’re unable to get to a 90-minute class.

Classes

Our complementary classes are designed to support your Hot Yoga practice by balancing movement, strength, and rest. Practiced alongside Hot Yoga, they help build resilience, support recovery, and create a more sustainable practice over time.

Yin Yoga
is a slow, floor-based practice focused on stillness and deep release.
Postures are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing muscles to soften and targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body, including fascia and joints.

The practice encourages the nervous system to settle, supporting flexibility, joint health, and relaxation. Yin Yoga offers a quiet, grounding counterbalance to more active classes and is suitable for all levels.

Starting February: Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity strength class practiced in a warm room. The class focuses on core strength, stability, and functional movement using controlled, bodyweight exercises. Movements are simple but challenging, building strength and endurance without high-impact stress on the joints.

Hot Pilates supports real, sustainable strength that complements your yoga practice and everyday movement.

Expectations

There are never any expectations in our classes, particularly our hot classes.
You are not required to do every posture or perform the practice in any particular way. All we ask is that you try, take breaks as needed, and do your best to stay in the room.

If you are new to our Studio, we encourage you to try all of our classes.
