Hot-90The Original Beginners Hot Yoga Sequence. 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced twice. All of the poses are beginners poses, so this class is suitable for all abilities and ages. Beginners are encouraged to listen to their body, focus on the breath, practice the pose to their ability and take breaks as needed. There are no expectations, all we ask is that you do your best to stay in the room and breathe, everything else is optional! |
Hot-60This is the condensed version of the 90-minute class, same sequence of poses and breathing exercises but where everything is practiced once. A steady paced class, with more emphasis on set up of the pose, alignment once in the pose and exploring depth of the pose while maintaining regular breathing. |
Yin-60 Yin-60 is a quiet & meditative practice, with long holding (3-5 minutes) of passive poses. Each class focuses on a different set of poses & finishes with a guided meditation. The result is a much deeper stretch & stimulation of the body's fascial network and a more quiet/focused mind. A 60-min class, sometimes practiced with relaxing music in a warm and gently lit room, a great way to end the day. |
Hot-60 Pre-RecordedThis is the condensed version of the 90-minute class, same sequence of poses and breathing exercises but where everything is practiced once. This is a pre-recorded class with a teacher practicing along with students. Suitable for students who have practiced before & are familiar with the 26+2 hot sequence. Not suitable for first-time students. |
Hot-1:1Hot 1:1 is a private class ideally designed for students who have been practicing for some time, but also suitable for students who are just starting out. The nature of a 26+2 Hot Class, is that there is not a lot of space for individual cues, so this class is perfect if you are feeling stuck, not sure about specific poses, have an injury that you are working with or feel like your practice has plateaued.
