Our Studio
As the only dedicated hot yoga studio on the Kapiti Coast, we proudly offer the original 26+2 hot yoga sequence — alongside complementary practices that expand how strength and resilience are built.
Whether you’re drawn to the steady rhythm of Hot Yoga, the focused intensity of Hot Pilates, or the quiet depth of Yin Yoga, our classes complement each other and are structured and supportive — designed to meet you where you are while steadily challenging you to grow stronger, physically and mentally, over time.
You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be a “yoga type.”
You just need to be willing to begin.
