Singing Bowl Meditation
Join Samuel Mcmillan, for an intimate night of sound meditation. Using primarily Himalayan Singing Bowls accompanied by other percussion based instruments - including gongs, chimes, bells and tang shaws - Samuel creates an environment to help relax one's body, mind and promote a sense of overall well-being and balance. Samuel will be playing at Kapiti Hot Yoga, once a month.
