GENERAL

• Kapiti Hot Yoga reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, teachers, workshops or events. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check the live timetables for up-to-date information on all classes and events and workshops.
• The studio will close for approximately 10-14 days during the Christmas and New Year period and there may be a reduced schedule at the start of each year. 

BOOKINGS

• All students are required to pay and pre-book online for classes, workshops and events. 
• If you arrive for a class without a booking, and the class is at capacity, we will admit those who have pre-booked online first.
• If you are unable to attend a class you have booked please be a considerate yogi, and cancel online, at least 1-hour before the class start time.

PASSES & MEMBERSHIPS

• Passes and memberships can only be used for scheduled classes, this does not include workshops or special events which will be charged for separately.
• Once you have  purchased a pass or membership it cannot be refunded. If you would like to transfer it to someone, please email Anjana at: [email protected]. 
• Any refund request is at the sole description of Kapiti Hot Yoga.
• Intro Offer:
  • This is a one-time offer for all new students who attend Kapiti Hot Yoga. Your 2-weeks will start from the date of your first attended class and you are welcome to attend as many classes as you like during this period. 
• Class Passes
  • The One Class Pass is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase for a single class.
  • The Ten Class Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase for ten classes.
  • If you have unused classes on the expiry date of your Ten Class Pass, we will be more than happy to carry these over to a new Ten Class Pass.
• Autopay Memberships
  • Once setup, payments are automatically debited from your account either on a weekly or monthly basis (depending on what you select) and made in advance.
  • When signing up for an Autopay Membership, please note that there is an Initial Commitment Period during which time you are not able to cancel your Autopay Membership 
  • Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account. A $10 fee will be charged for failed transactions after 3 failed payments.
• Initial Commitment Period
  • When signing up for an Autopay Membership, please note that there is an Initial Commitment Period of 3 months (12 payments if paying weekly, 3 payments if paying monthly), during which time you are not able to cancel your Autopay Membership
  • Once the initial commitment period is completed you may cancel your Autopay Membership (see below for how to cancel), otherwise payments will continue to be debited automatically from your account. 
  • You can place your membership on hold during the Initial Commitment Period (see below for how to place on hold).
• Placing your Autopay Membership on hold
  • Your Autopay Membership can be placed on hold and payments can be suspended for up to 2 months each year, 2-week minimum. 
  • A minimum of 1-week notice is required to place your Autopay Membership on hold and your Membership must be up to date and active (no failed payments). 
  • To place your Autopay Membership on hold, please email Anjana at: [email protected], with the date you would like to stop/start your payments.
• Canceling your Autopay Membership
  • You may cancel your Autopay Membership anytime after the Initial Commitment Period, providing one weeks notice of cancellation.

• Couples/Family Membership
  • When signing up for a Couples/Family Membership you are agreeing to share the Membership and is only available to those who share the same household address.

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

• Any workshops or special events held at Kapiti Hot Yoga will be charged separately.
• If you book into a workshop or event, and can no longer attend, Kapiti Hot Yoga will only provide a full refund if your spot can be filled. Kapiti Hot Yoga will endeavour to do it’s best to fill the spot, but cannot guarantee it.  
• Kapiti Hot Yoga reserves the right to cancel any workshop or event, in which case a full refund will be granted.

PRIVACY POLICY

• When submitting your personal data to us, you agree that any information we hold about you can be held on computer and/or paper files. you have the right, at any time, to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
