Osteopathy can be of great benefit for any situation that affects your health and mobility, from acute injuries such as ankle sprains to chronic pain presentations like persisting lower back pain. She has a special interest in visceral osteopathy, the treatment of inner organs, and their relationships to the musculoskeletal system. Visceral manipulations can be highly effective in treating digestive/breathing disorders, women’s health complaints, and post-surgical scars. |
Kate Graham is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist. She works with a wide variety of Adults Children and Babies.
Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is an advanced body/mind therapy that combines a Western scientific understanding of the body with mindfulness skills, a unique type of touch and an appreciation of the body’s extraordinary ability to heal itself. A core principle of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is that health is always present in everybody. Sometimes when the focus is on illness, pain, or pathology it is possible to lose a connection with the underlying feelings of health comfort and ease. Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy can help you reconnect to the health and vitality inside you. |
