Sweat For A Cause - Winter Challenge, is a simple way to stay consistent through winter, support a great cause, and challenge yourself alongside the rest of our community.
The Challenge: Complete 20 classes in 6 weeks and we'll donate 1 pair of pyjamas to a child in need through The PJ Project. And, if you complete 6 Hot 90 classes during the challenge period, we'll donate 2 pairs of pyjamas on your behalf. JULY | MEET YOUR TRUE SELF

Join Holly in this 90-minute workshop, designed to use gentle movement to help settle the body and quiet the mind, creating the conditions for meditation to arise naturally. Together, we will explore practical techniques that can be continued at home, along with an introduction to self-enquiry and the deeper purpose of meditation.

SOULSTAR SOUND BOWLS

Lie back in a cosy room and let the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls wash over you. No meditation experience needed — simply come to rest and receive. This deeply calming practice can help reset the nervous system, release tension and restore inner stillness.
